So I have a cloudy pool it’s clean no green I clean it with a skimmer and a vac at the bottom I work on it everyday it doesn’t hold chlorine I was told to put a stabilizer in it and then chorine I did that but still nothing please I don’t know

Cloudy pool can indicate the pool filter is dirty and needs to be cleaned. Also, it could mean algae is lurking around even if you have a clear pool. We need to see test data to understand what the levels are for all chemicals. Can you post that?
We also recommend that pool owner should test their own water and not fall into the trap of pool store “free testing” as 2 things occur - one it is most likely inaccurate testing and two, their goal is to sell products so you could purchase unnecessary products that do more harm than good. See
