Cloudy Pool Trouble

What would you all do next? We seem stuck. We are on day 9 and still can’t see the bottom of the shallow end. We opened as we always do with liquid shock. Well we have went through 7 cases and still not clear. We adjusted pH when it was high after trying powder shock that also didn’t help. It’s been this cloudy color for 3 days now and not changing.

Levels:
Chlorine: 12
Combined chlorine: 1
Ph: 7.2
Alkalinity: 80
Chlorine Hardness: 100
CYA: 30

We typically follow the TFP method and haven’t had this issue before. We brush, scoop and run the pool vacuum. Backwash daily but it’s been raining a lot. Hence why we need to drain it a but.

Hayward sand filter, running 24/7 for 9 says now. Sand is about 4 years old, we are in MN so short swim season.IMG_2796.jpeg

After 4 years you may need some sand in the filter. Be sure the sand is at least up to the seam where the top starts to curve in.
