I bought a Core55 (previous gen model) in May of 2022, and in August of 2023 had a warranty cell replacement because mine was showing low cell life on the controller. Today I checked my cell and it's reading low cell life again. I called Circupool and am shipping the cell and controller to them today, and they said I have to pay whatever the pro-rated amount is. I am just trying to figure out how 2 cells die, after about a year or so of use. My pump runs 8-10 hours a day, and the cell is oversized for my pool so I run it at 50% most of the time and maybe 75% for a month when it's very hot outside (southeast FL). Chemistry is checked often, ph gets a little high here and there but is corrected, and that is very common for swg's. I am just not thrilled to have to be replacing this many cells in barely 3 years, and now that I am in my 3rd year of warranty I am out of pocket more money, i think its 40% parts cost, on a $900 cell. These things aren't cheap either as most of you know, the core55 is about $2000 after tax.
