Moved from here.. Circulation pump won't stop running

I have the same Legacy Master Spa and has the same exact problem that just started this year. It was new in 2007 and over the years I have had to replace the heater the circuit board and just replaced the top control for this particular problem. The temperature is set at 104 but indicates actual at 105. I can't get the cool button to lower the temperature. The heater pump runs constantly will not shut off but over the past years from purchase date it would heat to desired temperature and shut off. I have spoken to a factory Master Spa technician now for over a month and actually sent him a video of me pushing buttons on the control per instructions. His reply is have no idea. I do not get any error codes so what can be the issue?

Welcome to TFP.

Sorry no one here seems to have any idea either.

In summer time my tub can run a degree or two, sometimes more, over the set temp. I suspect just from the sun and hot ambient temps.

I hear you that you’re describing a pump that won’t shut off tho, even though usually it does. Just wanted to let you know
