Christmas presents for older people.

I’m going to revisit it at my next checkup. It seemed at the time both my Drs were overjoyed that I was asking how to responsibly avoid painkillers.

*YES !!!*
*THAT’s how you do IT*
*Here’s a pillow case full of ibuprofins with unlimited refills*

:ROFLMAO:

Yeah, good options for pain management without the use of addictive narcotics is limited … plus, all the narcotic type meds make me super nauseous 🤢🤢🤮

but then I noticed blue among the dirt
We have this thing here called ‘winter’ and it makes cleaning most of the car kinda pointless. If it isn’t sand and salt, We also have this stuff called ‘rain’ that makes a mess of everything. :ROFLMAO:

But you are also very right, It’s due.

You have me beat. Mine only has 2 pills in the AM and 4 in the PM :)

Ibuprofen 800 mg and a LIFESAVER for those of us working physical jobs. I have no idea why but they do so much better than four 200mg Advils. It takes longer to dissolve the single bigger pill, but not that much longer. 🤷‍♂️

I do my best to limit the everyday use and only take 1 a day (1/4 of the max) when everything is cranky, like now because it’s cold.

I’m ‘at that age’ where the first thought on a Sunday full of yard work is the preemptive ibuprofen and not the chores. :ROFLMAO:
OK, Maybe I didn't recognize it. I thought it was glucophage
