Unfortunately my first post was troubleshooting the origin of a rogue o ring, but at least I can make my second post an intro!
I am the new owner of a heated, in ground, 23,000 gallon 16x32 rectangle pool that came with the purchase of a new (to us) home in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. It appears to be an older setup, but I have a Hayward EC65 DE filter, a Pentair MasterTemp heater, and a Super Pump 700 that may or may not be on the brink of death. Honestly I wasn’t super thrilled about the idea of maintaining a pool but I’ve started down the rabbit hole over the last couple of days and my research has brought me here! I’m excited to be a part of the community and absorb as much wisdom as I can from you folks in the hopes of not only mastering the challenge of pool maintenance and enjoying pool ownership, but also providing some value to someone else some day!
