Chlorsync CS30 4 green dashes

As stated above. My chlorsync cs30 has 4 green dashes on the display. My app says unit is unresponsive. The diagnostic chart says to check the wire going into unit. I checked all the wires and all seems ok. It does not have another option to check. What else could it be?

I am having this same problem. Worked fine for a month came home low flow light was on, reset the power and now 4 rotating dashes for the past day. Did you find a solution? Thank you!!!

Most likely an issue with the power center and not the cell. Can you open up your power center board and tell if the LED on the board is blinking?

I’m having exact same problem, did they brick it with firmware. I’m see a few people saying the same thing.
