The best price we can get so far this year in the Montreal area is for 18 liters of 12% liquid chlorine. Any suggestions for a cheap hand pump that would allow us to safely transfer chlorine from the big container to our measuring cup? Or to 5 liters liquid chlorine empty jugs? Would any hand pump for fuel or oil be able to resist chlorine?
