The cell light does not come on. Pool service company replaced the flow sensor. Light came on for a few minutes, then went off. They suggested I get a new intelliflow. Chlorinator. I just installed it, the light came on for a few minutes and then went off. When I adjusted the chlorination level down from 100% to 75% the cell light came on again for a few minutes and then went off again. Any suggestions are very welcome. Thank you.

The CELL light is only on when the cell is generating.
The cell has a 5 minute cycle time.
A simple test is set the cell to 50% and watch the cell for a few minutes. At 50% the Cell light should be on for 2.5 minutes and then off for 2.5 minutes, etc. If the cell light passes this test, then the cell is making chlorine. If the CELL light never comes on during the test, then the cell is not making chlorine.
