Cantilever coping cracks

Our older fiberglass pool appears to be settling. The cantilever coping inside our pool has been cracking at the corners for several years now. Chunks of concrete have come off in several places, exposing the white fiberglass underneath. It looks unslighly, and I'm afraid tiles are going to start popping off if we don't fix it soon. It is only occurring in the corners of the pool. Here is a picture of one corner so you can see what we are dealing with. Will we need to get all of the the coping removed and replaced or can the coping at the corners just be patched with some new concrete since these are the only areas that are cracking?

Here is a picture of one corner that is cracking. As you can see from this picture, a lot of concrete has come off above the tiles, exposing the white fiberglsss underneath.
