Oh so I would just add that to the pool without the systems running? Just drop it in?

You should test now and daily for chlorine and pH at least. Do you have the TF-100 and K-1766 test kit? But also you are going to need an initial full testing battery to see where you are (FC, CC, pH, CH, TA, CYA, Salt) . It is likely you may need to SLAM which will require more chlorine.

I do have the test kits just got them the other day. I will test the water ASAP and try to post results
