Came back from weekend trip and things have gone haywire

PT,

I have no clue what else could be the issue...

About the only thing left to do is Erase the EEProm.. But, before you do... Do you have ScreenLogic on a PC?

Thanks,

Jim R.
The pentair service tech mentioned that if the weir door is getting stuck closed from all the blooms in the way maybe that might cause it? Sounds like a long shot to me…I held the weir door closed as well as I could and water still gets in.

Other pieces of info that he mentioned that might be related…

On July 28 we had a dry start warning on pentair home. This was at 6:57pm, not a time when it should be trying to restart, so not sure what to make of that.

Other than that not much other than 5 or 6 pressure limit warnings July 15-17, but I think that’s when I was playing with pump speeds to see what the maximum GPM’s would be.

The service company that services the warranty is going to come out and troubleshoot as the next step. Hope they can find something!

I was on GPM until a few weeks ago when I was convinced to switch to RPM's.

Right now my Pool mode is set at 1850 RPM, my Spa mode is set at 2350rpm and my Spa jets are 3000rpm.

Usually in pool mode I am about 375 watts and 31-32gpm when running at 1850rpm. Not sure about the other two but in my testing I did find that at 3000-3200rpm's I topped out at 55-60gpm. I was curious because the PB settings were 30gpm for pool mode, 45gpm for spa mode and 130gpm for the jets, which seemed impossible.

On another interesting note, the winds slowed down yesterday and we didn't have any crepe myrtle blooms to speak of in the skimmers and the pump stayed on all day. It doesn't explain the schedule change but did make me wonder if it was some sort of protective shut down due to the skimmers being so full.

My wife doesn't really want me to cut these crepe myrtles down but if they are the cause of the issue....

It looks like this issue was related to the issue I was having with the ScreenLogic app. Since updating the app a few days ago the pump has not shut off outside of the normal schedule. Fingers crossed but hopefully that is the fix!
