FYI -- a SWCG does not generate Salt -- it uses the salinity in the water to create chlorine. That chlorine gets expended and returns to salt.

Use Effects of Adding. Select SWG. Check that your pool volume is correct and select the SWCG type you have.

In the upper left menu is 'effects of adding'. Fill in the stuff you know like your volume and select a model from the drop down menu. Then 'calculate for FC' and 100% runtime and 24 hours. It'll tell you how many FC (not salt) a unit will make per 24 hours. Then you can guesstimate your approximate needed runtime from there.
