Calcium marks around the pool and at the bottom

Hi,

Is there a way to get rid of these calcium marks around the pool and spa? Also, I have these white spots at the bottom, I don't know if it's calcium as well or something else. Any advice how to get rid of them? I started taking care of my pool in the last two weeks, I'm not sure if this is the product of something my pool guy used to put in or if it's normal wear and tear.

I use the TF-100 with the C600. Thanks for the links/resources, I'll read them and start working on that.

I just tested the water, these are my numbers:

FC: 4
CC: 0
PH: 7.8
TA: 80
CYA: 60
CH: 350
Salt: 3370
CSI: -0.13

When I took over taking care of the pool I replaced about 85% of the water. Hopefully keeping these numbers will help not add more scaling and calcium buildup to the sides.
