Hello, im interested to build a pool in my house with block cement, depth 1.5 cm but im affraid for the stronger of this pool. Can yoy help me its more securyti with block cement or with liquid cement?

Type S mortar is what is typically used. It's just 1 part portland cement to 3 parts washed plaster sand. You can add lime if you want some additional adhesion.
That should cure too 6,000 PSI. You need something stronger than that?
