booster pump leak (model # LA01N)

My booster pump (model # LA01N) leaks from the volute side connecting with the pump. This is the 2nd time since last year. Last time, Leslie people repaired it. Now it leaks again and I try to see if I can repair it by myself.

I opened the volute and found the seal on the impeller is broken. I tear off some broken plastic seal from the impeller as shown in the picture 1. I am trying to figure out which part I should order to replace it based on figure 2 and I think it should be part 3. However, it seems none of the part shown in figure 3 looks like what I have right now.

I agree it is part 3 you want.

Use a shaft seal lubricant when installing it. Read Pump Seals - Further Reading
