Bonding Intex pool

Edit: it is 52 inches deep

Hello,
I realize there are lots of bonding threads already, but I have not found one to answer my question. Our Intex 12x24 pool is on a concrete slab. The concrete does not have steel rebar in it, it has Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) Rebar, which is non conductive. The slab goes under the deck and up to the house.

So my question is, how do I bond the pool if I can't bury the wire under ground? Can I just leave it at surface level in like PVC to protect it? Or attach it under the deck around the pool?

Thanks

Why are you bonding it ?

Did you get a permanent pump or is it over 42 inches ? The intex pump probably doesn't have a bonding lug even if you wanted to.
