New pool owner for about a year. Draining pool to adjust CYA levels and noticed these bluish stains or marks. What is this and how do I attach pics on mobile?

Pool store test results below. taylor 2009C test kit on way (replacing cheaper kit from Lowes). Shocked yesterday as I have noticed black mold starting and just now understand why. these blue streaks have been there since we bought the house a year ago.
