In your situation i would purge again. My spa was delivered with biofilms from day one. Took me several purges . This is my work that established ahhsome as the only serious purge product

Since I did the purge with Ahh-some, I have been able to turn down my SWG as my chlorine consumption has gone down quite a bit.

Bingo. Lots of blissfully unaware folks have high sanitizer decay rates due to live biofilms and just cover up problem by adding chlorine
