Best pump filter upgrade to run vacuum for Intex

We purchased Wanda the Whale vacuum for our 18'x48" Intex but we don't seem to have enough power to make her go. I've read a ton of posts here about how best to upgrade our filter pump to make her work well but there are so many different answers. I want a single upgrade that will work for me for a few years without further additions.

The recommended 2-speed pumps are above my budget but I'm looking at this Intex 2800 based on what I've read here:

I can't find how much HP it has and don't understand how flow rate and HP are related and how much each matters for my purposes of running the vacuum well.

Is this a good option? Or do I need something more powerful or a totally different set up? Thanks!

Reach out to this guy, he bailed me out big-time during the 2021 freeze by giving me a pump part that was backordered for eons.
He'll have a used pump that you can pick up for less $$.
