I am hoping I am posting this in the correct location. I just took over a university pool. We had to have a leak fixed and when we turned the pool back on - our becsys5 started alarming saying we had 0.0 chlorine in the pool. I have reset it numerous times, checked the chlorine feeder and can't figure out how to get this reading correctly again. As of right now there an alarm I can't clear about the chlorine. I have not been able to find any help online.
