Beautiful Water Bad Balance - what gives??

I'm still trying to learn this balance stuff and my readings are driving me insane. My water is beautiful and clear, yet my readings are puzzling:
CC - 0.5
FC - 2
Calcium hardness - 800 (no clue to why)
Alkalinity 170 (best guess and I did the reading 3 times)
Ph - 7.6
CYA - 100 (again, no clue)

I added 2 cups dry acid to lower the alkalinity. What else should I be looking for or adding, any thoughts?
