Is this what you mean? Now connect it back into pool pump? You can try this and see if your pump runs when jumpered...
Jumpering Jandy ePump RS-485 control
You can cut about 5-6 inches of the RS-485 cable and open the cover of the pump and remove the existing RS-485 cables. Jump pins 1 to 3 and 2 to 4 once you finish with the connection turn on the pump, if the pump starts to work then you know there is an issue with the RS-485 connection.

Ok. It’s disconnected and bridged. Put power back and and turn on?You must disconnect the black, red, yellow, and green, wires before powering the pump back on.
I would not use bare copper wires for the jumpers that can short against each other.
I’m 100% sure they aren’t touching. It’s just a test right?Ok. It’s disconnected and bridged. Put power back and and turn on?

Ok. The pump came on.Do it at your own risk. If the wires touch and short it can blow out the RS-485 circuit.
Replace the four wire cable.

That’ll do? I know it doesn’t have yellow but as long as they match on both ends it’ll be fine right?
Lowes has this security one in stock that I can pick up today. Are they all pretty much the same thing? Or is there a specific one?
You’re like a genius. Thanks a lot. I’ll let you know how it goes. That looks fine - 22 gauge solid 4 wire cable.
I would also pickup yellow and green electrical tape and wrap the wires at both ends so no one in the future gets confused about the wire color coding matching the instructions.
