Has anyone ever had this happen? Is this something you think we can fix ourselves or do we need to get a cover expert out? Any ideas on cost to repair? Appreciate any feedback!

It's hard to see what's going on in your photos because the area of interest is in dark shadow. Can you get some shots with better light, or with flash?

If you've already fixed it, never mind. :)

Thanks for the reply @Rocket J Squirrel I will try to get some better pictures tomorrow. The guide that leads the cover broke out of the track completely. We ordered parts from the manufacturer and will attempt repair ourselves. I’ll post better pictures tomorrow. This is your friendly reminder to clean out your tracks frequently 😃

@Rocket J Squirrel here are some better pics. The guide broke completely out of one side and on the other side it is hardly halfway in. The black piece is supposed to be inside the track. We have parts on the way and will try to repair ourselves. The manufacturer said this was due to the track having debris in it. I live in dusty west Texas so I’m sure the dirt doesn’t help - I’ve also never cleaned the track before but I will add it to my cleaning schedule for sure now.
