Are there different baskets for the dolphin?

My pentair s200 struggles with big wet leafs. It stops the bottom “V” valve up pretty quickly.
Is there a way to help it or a different basket? These are hardwood leafs about the size of my hand and soaked from sitting in the pool.

Dolphins are really designed for smaller leaves and trash that has fallen to the pool floor. Kind of why they make leaf rakes..

The first thing I would try would be to remove the cloth flap at the entrance to the basket. Obviously, that will let a little junk get back into pool when you take the robot out, but you only need to do it when the leaves are dropping..

Does it come off? I will have to go look!

It did come off fairly easy and after 15 minutes filled the basket up

Once the big stuff was up I put it back on

Ooh this is good to know! My warrior is keeping up fine so far, but if it begins to struggle with the leaves this is th first thing I'll try!

I wish I had known this. I spent Sunday manually vacuuming the leaves since my Pentair Warrior SI was struggling with the leaves.

It helped get those big leaves. I had to empty it after about an hour for the first time or 2.
I didn't know it came off until I tried
