AquaVac 650 Power Supply

Power Supply fires up, connects to WiFi and seems good. As soon as I connect the vacuum to the other side, all lights go blank and the WiFi signal is dropped. Disconnecting the cleaner results in the power supply and WiFi firing back on. Any suggestions or possible items to look into appreciated. Thanks!

This will void any warranty. Disconnect the power supply for the outlet, and open it up. See if there is a fuse connected to the incoming power. Replace it. Fuses can blow in such a way that they can pass small amounts of power, however open when higher current are demanded. They act like resistors.
