Hi all! I'm working on tackling my first season as a pool owner and so far I've spent the majority of the my time working to ensure my water is balanced properly. One thing I've noticed, however, is that as I've tested my salt levels at the pool stores and at home test kits, both are coming up significantly lower than what is showing up on my Hayward AquaRite S3 Salt System (25,000 gal) control panel screen. Sometimes upwards of 1,000PPM difference.
Given that multiple test sources are coming in consistent with the numbers being lower than what the Aquarite screen is reading, I am curious if anyone with this system has run into a similar issue, and if so, how you went about re-callibrating or offsetting that number so that you aren't constantly in the "High Salt Alarm" state on screen while operating with what are actually the optimum salt levels?
Appreciate the help and looking forward to being a part of the community here!
