Aqualogic system has no power?

Hi,
We have an Aqualogic controller for our saltwater pool. A few years ago we had the dreaded salt cell - no power error message/failure. We were able to fix that by re-soldering the relay on the main board as had been mentioned online. However, this time the whole system seems to lack power.

We found a video for trouble shooting the controller (
) and from that we concluded the following: The two yellow wires have a proper 24V AC across, the yellow 20A fuse is working just fine, but the voltage across the two orange wires is not 24V AC but rather 0.4V or so. We also checked the resistance between the blue and white wires and it checked out fine at 2 ohm as did the resistance between the grey and violet wires (also 2 ohm). Any ideas of what could be going on here?

Thanks for the extra information. I did some more measurements and there is continuity all the way from the yellow, thru the fuse to the leg of the K1 relay. That relay is also connected to an orange wire (no continuity). The other orange wire is wired to the other yellow so there is continuity. Seems like the K1 relay is completely broken this time. I did re-solder all its joints but that did not do anything....
