Aqualink RS4 nothing working

Hi all just looking for a little help please

My indoor controller Aqualink RS4 has the display light on and says 4500P

But none of the buttons are doing anything. even the Menu

Reset it but still nothing

Any advice would be appreciated

Welcome to TFP.

Do you have the One Touch Control or the All Button Control?

I would check the cable from the controller to the panel.
