Hello all I'm hoping you smart people can help sort this out because I have been searching high and low and can't seem to find the answer.

We recently had a pool + spa built with an Aqualink RS IQ904-PS (Pool + Spa kit). We have a pool + spa with shared equipment (2 JVAs).

When operating the system directly from the panel by the equipment in service mode, pool or spa mode buttons work as expected and correctly set the JVAs. My issue is when using the iAqualink app. There doesn't seem to be any option in the app to set pool or spa mode?

In the web interface there also doesn't seem to be any mention of it.

Here is the info section as well:

What am I missing in order to be able to control pool/spa mode in the app?

You don’t have a Pool/spa combo system, you have a pool only, or a spa only system. You should have the word combo listed on your help screen like this:

@HermanTX

It doesn't look like I have an option for spa under customize home.

Your comment makes sense and is kind of what I was suspecting. This is really strange considering that this unit came in a IQ904-PS package, maybe Jandy miss packaged the kit?

My software rev also doesn't match the packaging (T.1 vs T.2)

Is there any way to change the software or is this something that would need to be sent back to Jandy?

Good catch by @MSchutzer
While the box you have states Combo P&S, the actual PCB is a Pool or Spa. You will need the correct board.
However, it does confuse me that you were able to switch to spa at the panel in service mode. That is why I thought it was just a setup issue. Hmm!!!
Suggest you talk to whoever supplied the product to you and have them exchange it.
