AO Smith Motor USQ 1102 hums but won't start.

Hey can anyone help me figure out whats wrong with my pump it hums but doesn't start. Any ideas on how to fix it? I have a AO Smith Motor USQ 1102 1 hp.

Probably a bad capacitor.
