Anyone know of an automation system for Tristar and Sta-Rite Intellipro VSP?

I recently bought a house and the pool came with it... 30000 pool/spa, plaster, SWG 5 years old. Using Hayward OmniLogic to control the pool equipment. One of the Hayward pumps had a drive error and needed to be replaced. With the shortage of pool equipment I had to get a Pentair Intellipro or wait with no ETA.

I thought I could make this work with a relay but had some difficulty, can make it work but only at the preset speed. I really like the Pentair Intellipro pump as it's quiet compared to the Hayward so I'm considering replacing the OmniLogic, the other 3 pumps and chlorinator but this seems like a waste.

Does anyone know of an automation system that will control both pump types?

Welcome to the forum. The wiki article attached has a section on what you need to control an Intelliflo VS pump with the Omnilogic. I believe the Sta Rite Intellipro is just a Trade Grade of the Intelliflo.

Was your previous Hayward pump a VS pump? Did it have a communication cable from the pump to your automation system?
There is an article that shows how to hook up various pumps to Hayward.
