It worked out for us to have to drain some because we had too much salt in the pool and needed to drain some anyway. We kept putting it off and I’m glad we did since we didn’t have to pay to fill it back up. LOL!
There was a conversation on our neighborhood page about pools getting too full. One pool was full up to the deck. Some guy said to leave it and it will just evaporate.
. Umm, don’t think the skimmer will work like that and I don’t think it’s going to evaporate quick enough in this weather. I think draining is a better way to go. I posted on there about the worms in my pool and I was told I needed to shock it to make it safe. Don’t think I need to go to that extreme but someone else may because they found a dead roof rat in their skimmer
. That’s gross! Someone else kept finding frogs
