Any reason why this setup is not okay?

Just want to check and see if anyone thinks poorly on this setup. Did some forum reading and most things revolve around timers which I don't use.

Picked up an RJ60. Just jumpered it to 110V.

My pump is wired to a plug that goes into a locked GFCI outlet (has a outlet lock box over it). Plug is wired off a switch.

Eventually I want to put a sub box out in the shed and move everything over to 220 but it's a dedicated line aside from a light in the shed.

Going to wire the RJ60 to a plug and put it in the outlet with the pump.

If the GFCI trips or the switch is turned off, neither pump nor SWG will run.

In my mind that's safe enough between running them both off the same circuit and on a locked outlet to cover my bases in addition to the flow switch.

Just want to double check with the pros.

Having the pump and SWCG on the same receptacle is fine. That is how it is set up in automation that both wired to same circuit breaker. Ensure it is a 15 or 20amp GFCI receptacle. I did not look up your pump but assume it is a single speed.

Thanks! Good to know. Just put in a new GFCI today while I was in there so i could double check the wiring as I inherited the pool.

Everything up and running. Just waiting on salt to dissolve. I'd post some pictures but my shed needs some serious TLC.
