Hi there
We are just getting started with our pool build. Its an in ground liner pool that is 16 x 32 Grecian. 4 ft constant depth (did not want a deep end) I am trying to get any feedback on the following systems that are part of our pool package.

Jandy CV580 Cartridge Filter
Jandy Fusion in line Chloinator w/Nature 2 System
2.7 hp JEP Jandy Flo Pro Variable Speed pool pump and remote
Polaris 8050 Sport Cleaner
Jandy 400,000 btu Nat. Gas Heater

If anyone has any experience or knowledge with any of it please share!

Welcome to TFP! Looks like you've already got your signature info started. Make sure you plan to have a good test kit ready Test Kits Compared and practice by testing you fill water (the water source that will be used to fill/replenish your pool). Read and re-read ABCs of Pool Water Chemistry. It is full of helpful info and there is lots of info on what is suggested and what isn't.

Jandy CV580 Cartridge Filter
(y)The Jandy CV580 is one of the largest cartridge filters on the residential market. This is a good thing as it means having to clean the filter less; for your size pool, will probably only have to clean it once at the beginning of the season and once at the end of the season.
Jandy Fusion in line Chloinator w/Nature 2 System
(n)Not recommended for 2 reasons:

Mineral systems like nature 2 are actively discouraged. They add copper to the water that can slow algae growth, but don't help actually sanitize the water. Copper leads to staining and blonde hair turning green. It does not lower the needed amount of chlorine like it claims; that will just end up getting you into trouble.

Occasional use of tabs/pucks in an inline chlorinator is ok if CYA is closely monitored. The tabs are trichlor, which means they will add CYA at the same time as the chlorine (FC). That CYA (chlorine stabilizer) builds up over time and makes your chlorine less effective, requiring higher and higher required FC levels. See the FC/CYA chart FC/CYA Levels. Getting rid of CYA requires draining and refilling. If you want to avoid daily chlorine additions with liquid chlorine (the TFP method), your best option is a salt water chlorine generator (SWCG or SWG for short). If not familiar with salt water pools, they are still chlorine pools but use salt in the water to create the chlorine through electrolysis (little metal plates with electrical charge). For more info, ask or you can look around the forum; There are many here who swear by them.
2.7 hp JEP Jandy Flo Pro Variable Speed pool pump and remote
(y)I have the smaller 1.85hp Flo Pro and it works fine. With Variable speed pumps, higher HP is good and will not cost more in electricity since you can decrease RPMs. The same was not true for the single speed pumps.
Polaris 8050 Sport Cleaner
Robotic cleaners have become the go to pool cleaners since they will actually scrub the floor and walls (unlike the pressure side cleaners that Polaris is known for). I do not have experience with this model though 🤷‍♂️
Jandy 400,000 btu Nat. Gas Heater
(y)I have the same Jandy JXi 400N and have been very pleased with it. 400K is about the highest you'll see on a residential gas heater. This size will get you the most heat/hour, meaning less time to get to the temp you want.

Would recommend the optional VersaFlo bypass. This bypasses your heater when it isn't in use, which prolongs its life. If your PB doesn't offer it, would ask for a way to manually bypass heater.

Look forward seeing the build. Remember, LOTS OF PICS! Love seeing the process unfold.

Kay, please do NOT get any chlorinator or mineral system. Minerals = copper which you do NOT want in your pool.
The best thing for you would be a Salt Water Chlorine Generator.....adds nothing extra to the water except chlorine. And with salt in the pool the water feels more spa like.
