Oh! You guys are a pesky crew!!!! I'm still waking up, but I will take a picture of the finished star. They didn't finish it until late yesterday.

But we have other business today! Paris is doing acid today!!!!!

Thanks for putting away that worry!!! I seem to be numb at this point about worries, but I do notice a sigh of relief when one worry is scratched off the subconscious pile of worries!

Side note, MMG was supposed to send someone out today to buff a few areas & I got a message from my builder this AM, saying schedule change, they will be here tomorrow.

I'm thinking they are swamped.

Wendy, you are absolutely right! I wouldn't have been able to enjoy Paris's Pebble yesterday if mine was happening. Things always work out, don't they?!!!

I've been on this forum a good while now, and I've not seen the comradarie between anyone quite like this before. Everyone in Suz and Wendy's build threads...all the regulars. It's like going to your local pub in the UC forum this summer, and I think it's really cool. :cheers:

I used to spend a lot of time in UC, but just can't browse it and Mod the forum too. With many of you in "Houston", are or have any of you guys been planning to meet? I made a friend in Odessa from TFP last summer, and they may come over for our GTG today. Anyways...just curious, but I'm hoping y'all do. It's not a bad way to make new friends.

Thanks so much, ITR! I'm sure he's as tired of my build as I am. I'm all mellow today.... Have my Brazilian radio on Pandora keeping things cool! All is good whether Pebble is today or Monday.

It is so very cool..... Patrick, you and the other mods, experts, and guides do a fantastic job of setting the tone that trickles down to the rest of us. I remember reading something about the producer/director of "Scrubs". He was asked why everyone seemed so happy working together on the show. He said because we have a No Jerks Allowed rule (actually another adult word there). I always thought how great to be a part of something like that, and I feel that way about TFP. It makes me a better person as well.

I have mixed feelings about a big get together. I would LOVE to meet everyone! But.... I'm one of those extremely shy people who occasionally comes alive on stage. I've heard several actors and comedians admit to that. Truly, I'm much better company here on the forum than in real life. And I look much better here, too. Lol!!!! It's so easy to be nice and funny when I can edit. I'm afraid all would be disappointed to meet me. And yet, I have no doubt, I would enjoy meeting all of you. So, I wouldn't refuse a chance to get together, but it would take some serious self-talk for me to join in..... I'm safe here, you know what I mean? I know some of you understand - I can't be the only one - and others will have absolutely NO idea what I'm saying. Yuk! I think I need to change my Brazilian station to something less mellow!!!

On a brighter note.... What is UC and GTG? I must be way out of the loop!!!
