An issue with the Pool Math App

Hello, I'm hoping someone here might have some ideas on how to fix an issue I am having with the App. I subscribed to the premium version, however every time I create a new log, or try to, it tells me I am not subscribed - so I go into the subscription and re-subscribe, and then it works. But I have to do this every single time - it remembers all of my pool details and previous logs, but it doesn't recognize that I am already subscribed. It's making me bonkers, lol! Anyone knows anything about the app and why this might be happening?

Sorry this is happening, I think @Leebo can get you going...

Sometimes it takes logging out manually and then logging back in.. We will see
