Amperage draw of circupool SJ-45

Hi all,

What is the amperage draw of a Circupool SJ-45 at 220v and 110v? I checked the manual and it’s not stated. I need to know to ensure the proper wires and circuit breaker are used. Thanks!

240 volts is about 1 amp.

120 volts is about 2 amps.

Wow, that is not much at all. I have a 110v circuit on a timer. Any reason to upgrade to 220v, for the purposes of this SWG? Otherwise I’ll keep what I have. Thanks

None at all. 120V is fine for running a SWG.

240V is for compatiability with pumps when the pump and SWG are put on the same timer.
