all messed up..

i have a 16 X 32 above ground 4ft. deep. Had pipes backwards and put in too much chlorine. Here are my readings:
total chlorine 10
free chlorine 5
ph 6.2
TA 0
Stabilizer 0
I have 8 oz stabilizer pods and 2 pounds of baking soda
Can i add the baking soda and the pods at the same tim

With that size pool you really need a proper test kit Test Kits Compared

Raise your TA with baking soda. Monitor your pH.

You need to add stabilizer to 30 ppm and then use liquid chlorine to maintain your FC based on FC/CYA Levels

Had a bad cover past winter and after clearing pool i noticed that the bottom and sides are green. Will the chlorine eventually clear or clean this up? Tried bushing, but doesn't clean it up.

You need to SLAM Process. You need a proper test kit as I described above to do that. I recommend the TF100.

Algae? Yes. Follow the SLAM Process process. Test FC and add liquid chlorine as often as possible. Brush daily.

Do a Overnight Chlorine Loss Test tonight.

That looks like metals. Have you used copper containing products in this pool?

no. not a thing. Pool Cover let leaves and crud in the pool and I just figured the green water/algae caused the stains. No metals though.

OK - try the OCLT. If that passes, get some vitamin C tablets. Put them in a thin sock. Crush them a bit and hold that against the stain for 15 minutes or so.
