Mdragger88 no I just slammed cleaned and scrubbed everything multiple times
Keept adding bleach till the fc steady over night
Guess I will be doing it plus the mustard slam again
Thanks

Jim, it may be challenging for you over there as I suspect you don't have a TF-series (or Taylor K-2006C) test kit right? So if you cant validate the CYA and maintain the accurate-elevated FC level, doing a SLAM Process accurately may be difficult. But you have the idea now, so do the best you can. If you have any more questions let us know.

The regular slam done thoroughly is what does most of the work (the heavy lifting) - the MA slam level is just the nail in the coffin. Extra Insurance you could say.
It is also not advisable to keep fc at mustard algae slam level for more than 24 hours.
Regular slam level is ok to maintain for an extended period of time.
