Algae that wont come off

I had some Algae and with your help on here, I treated it and the water looks great now. The problem is the bottom of the pool has some Algae that will not come up. I have tried vacuuming it every day. Of course there was some loose stuff that came up, but there are large green circles that no matter how many times I go over it, nothing happens. Did the Algae stain? I was hoping that I don't need to go in and Physically try to scrub it. Please help! (again)

Could be some sort of staining. Let's see those photos.
I have what looks like a very light greenish stain that won't go away either,
but in my case it's definitely a metals stain. Water report confirmed it.

I don't know if this helps, but the side of the pool has like a filmy feel. Like its rough. I have brushed it off and it seems to come back.

Sounds like you still have an algae problem. What are your numbers ? How are you testing ?
