I have a 260000 gal saltwater inground pool, over 20 years old., with 3 skimmers.
Recently, air leakage began on the southwest(sw) line. With 3-way valve closed on this line, no air leakage. As soon as line is opened, air appears in the line. Almost immediately. No obvious leak points. No appreciable water loss.
If kept open, would lose prime on the pump.
Comments? Suggestions?

So that SW line also has a skimmer correct? Between the skimmer and 3-way at the equipment pad, nothing else along the way? If that is a skimmer line, does it have a diverter disk inside to a second hole (i.e. drain)?
