Is it normal to see some air going out one nozzle with water?

If no, does it mean air leak somewhere in the system? Could you refer to some video or article for troubleshooting?

Is this in a pool or a spa? Have you "burped" your filter lately? Usually there is an air valve on top for this purpose. Is there air in your pump chamber?

It's a pool. I've just opened the valve on the top of the filer (the black knob on the pic) and air went out (around 1 min). I don't see air in the jet now . Thanks a lot!

About the pump it's a good question. There are some vortexes, I suppose it has some air. But when I turned it off and opened it was full and water went out of it with some pressure.
Is there any video reference how the normal pump chamber should look like?
