I am on my second Aiper seagull, the first one died after three seasons and I guess that should’ve been my red flag to not buy another one.
But anyway I just bought a second one thinking it would perform better, but I’m having the same exact problem that I had with the first one. When you pull the vacuum out of the water, dirt or sand or small debris like that goes right back into the pool when the water empties out of the vacuum.
Seems like that defeats the purpose of vacuuming lol
And yes the screen is on properly, this new one it only goes in one direction. The cover is snapped on firmly and all of that. This appears to be a flaw in the design for this particular manufacturer.
I’m still within my return window so does anybody have one they can recommend? I’m trying to stay in the $200 range since I only have a small above ground inexpensive pool
