Advice on a pump

Hi,
This may not be the right place to post this as first time here so sorry if not....

This morning my old single speed spa pump leaked water and dropped the spa level. Time to replace. Live in CA so no longer can use single speed. Well my thoughts are :
a. that I use my 2015 #11018 intelliflow as the spa and buy a new one for my main pump? Do not know which model would replace the #11018 - do you I have about 12000 gallon small pool. See photos of what I currently have

b. I just leave well alone on the main pump and buy a Pentair superflow for my spa - will this model be the best one?

I have some time to decide as I blocked off the spa so it does not lose water as I JUST had the whole pool pebbled and do not want to mess that up.

Actuator question:

I replaced the o rings 3 months ago but it is leaking under the actuator box when the solar is on. I did it properly as per your video but hey ho here we go again! What is next to try. See photos below.

I cannot find a size on the motor. I believe it came with the pool 30 years ago I even spray painted the motor to cover rust so I am thinking new would be better. The motor ( cylinder part??) says total HP 2.64. I tool pics of the label but none on the front part.

If the pump that is cut out is the spa pump and is a Hayward Super 2 (as it it looks to be), you can get a 1hp impeller and a ECM16CU V-Green motor. You will need a PS201 seal, a body gasket (looks like a rubber band). You would need the impeller,SPX3010C, and a diffuser. The diffuser is a little more difficult. If the pump is pre-1988 (not likely) it is SPX2600B. After 1988 it is SPX3000BN. There should be a number on the one in the pump to help. If it is SPX3XXX, you use the latter.

You set the pump (motor) up to not change speeds and it can be controlled by a relay (automation), timer, or "light" switch. Sounds hard but way less expensive than a new pump and California and D.O.E. legal
