I paid a local pool company (Club Piscine) to install a new liner on my 8 year old 24' Costa Del Sol pool. They chose to come on a day where the winds picked up to 65 km/h (40 MPH). I knew there was trouble when I saw the 3 kids they sent hanging onto the detached wall for dear life while one was on the phone with his boss. They had to disassemble it. A different crew came the following Monday to reassemble it, lay the geo-textile carpet and install the new liner. It appeared as if they did a good job. Fast forward 5 weeks and this morning (Canada Day) I was vacuuming the pool and found 2 panels that are buckling just above the rail (resin). What would have caused this? I have never seen anything like this before. Everything's closed today but I will call them tomorrow. It would just help to have someone experienced give me their opinion since I might get a different story from this company.
