Above Ground Wall Buldging

Installed an above ground pool and finally reached the top I noticed the wall bulging an even pushed my pillar out of place. I'm gonna assume I should empty and correct? Hoping someone says otherwise.

Picture would be nice but I'm. 99.9% sure you're gonna have to drain to fix. Calculate weight of that water and you'll probably agree.

Added some pictures. I think I have accepted that I will have to empty and correct. Is it possible to reuse the liner? It is brand new but I will have to remove to correct the base.
