A little mistake

So I was cleaning out my pool because I needed to recent a patio block and I ripped an inch on the bottom of the liner. How can I fix this? Can it be fixed? Or do I buy a new liner?

You can patch that easily. Get a good vinyl repair kit like

Cut the patch about twice the size of the hole, round off the corners, apply the cement, fold in half, and place over the hole. Follow the directions, you can't go wrong.

I would do 3 patches. First one to cover it. Second larger than the first and 3rd larger than the 2nd. All corners rounded off. That way if one fails, you have 2 more for insurance that the leak is stopped.
