Really gorgeous! I also love the coping. Sigh. We got so lucky when we bought a house in FL that had a pool, now we are in CA and although we wanted one, we were under the gun to move and this house had a lot to offer - but alas, no pool.

I don't know what the rest of your house is like, but I'd be outside all the time if that were in my backyard.
