90% water loss

Hello.
I probably need as new liner but just to confirm with the pool pros..
35k gallon pool. Almost all the pool water is gone. Some water appeared in concrete basement. Liner is about 15 years old. Is it time for a new liner?

99.999% chance you need a new liner.

Once you lose the set on an old liner, you will probably never get it reset.

Look for a hole or tear at the new waterline.
